Our work rescuing buildings relies on networks of tradespeople and skilled conservators using traditional materials and techniques. Often, we’re reviving near-lost craft skills, and training the next generation of craftspeople.

Proceeds from Landmark raffles supported the ambitious restoration of Calverley Old Hall near Leeds, which has opened to bookings after a major project. Here, specialist paint conservators from Opus Conservation carefully cleaned the exceptionally rare Tudor wall paintings discovered during the project, and now revealed for all to enjoy.
