Licensed and Regulated is owned and run by CFP Lottery and Raffles Ltd, an External Lottery Manager, registered with the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005 CFP Lottery and Raffles Ltd is licenced to provide raffle services to charities and not for profit organisations in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)  The platform complies with all relevant codes and remote technical standards.


CFP Lottery and Raffles Ltd is a family business which was established in 1979.

We have been involved in raffles and lotteries since the company was established and became members of the Board of Directors of Lotteries Council (the trade association of lottery promoters and operators) upon its formation in the early 80s.

Since 2004, CFP has been successfully running weekly lottery schemes with clients as an expansion of the raffle programmes already underway.  CFP views it as essential that both products grow and develop together, in the same way that committed giving is a natural progression of donor recruitment.

We are a dynamic and innovative company, constantly seeking new and exciting ways for charities to make the most of their raffle and lottery activities.

CFP is registered with the Gambling Commission and we hold an External Lottery Manager Licence, non-remote and remote operating licence, and our Chairman, Jason Haigh-Ellery, holds a Personal Management Licence under the Gambling Act 2005.
